When you drop in your car you will be greeted and asked if there are any concerns with the vehicle that you have noticed that need investigating. A time will then be agreed upon for pick up. We then check the service history of the vehicle, and we then go to our data software and check what is service is due to be performed at the current Kms. All the vehicle safety items are checked i.e., Lights, for blown globes, damage and water ingress. Electrical systems, horn, demister, warning lights etc. Tyres, for inflation, wear and damage. Windscreen wipers and washers, for operation and wiper blades, for any damage and wear, ensuring the car is ready to take on the road safely. The Vehicle is raised on a hoist where the engine oil is drained, and the oil filter is replaced, the underbody is checked for any damage rust etc. We then check the steering, suspension and exhaust for any leaks, or play in steering rack, ball joints, control arms, or leaks in shock absorbers etc. We also check the drive train (engine, transmission and Diff) for leaks and damage.We then check the brakes and handbrake, for wear and damage and fluid. The brakes and handbrake are also adjusted, if required. Tail shafts and full lock stops greased and checked. Transfer and diff oils checked. The vehicle is then lowered, and the engine oil is replaced and filled with premium engine oil to the grade that your car requires. A visual check is carried out for oil leaks, and the condition of the air and cabin filters and auxiliary belt. All the fluids including brake, coolant, transmission oil, steering oil, washer fluid is checked for contamination. We then vacuum and wash your car, put on a lube sticker and preload an SMS to send to you when your vehicle is next due for a service.
